Our Fees

We aim to provide an overall saving for our clients. Negotiating the most attractive purchase price, on your behalf, is our objective. In fact, our fees depend upon it.

Upon instructing us as your search agents a £600 registration fee is payable. This fee will be refunded upon a successful property purchase.

  • Search & Negotiation Service
    Our success fee is the greater of either

    • 1.2% of the final Purchase Price
      or

    • 12% of the 'saving' (difference between the Asking Price and the final Purchase Price after negotiation)

This fee structure rewards the best outcome for our clients - however - so clients know exactly where they stand, we agree a specific 'Maximum Fee Cap' within the contract.


We also offer:

  • Rental Search Service - A fee equivalent to 1 months rent

  • Negotiation Only Service - Even if you have identified a potential home to purchase, we can still help. We are able to lead the negotiations and aim to deliver the best terms possible, on your behalf. Reduced fees upon request.

All our fees are subject to VAT.

We then suggest arranging a 'no obligation' meeting in London or the countryside to discuss how we propose to help. We would discuss your property requirements, our preliminary advice, the framing of your search and explain our terms of service.

With a contract signed and registration fee paid, we are engaged as your sole search agents and we get to work.

We live and breathe each search. Clear and regular communication is vital as the search progresses. There will be a single point of contact - available 7 days a week - throughout the process until the day you move in.

We can introduce mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, planning consultants, builders, decorators, interior designers, removals firms and more as needed right through to the day you move in, and beyond.
